Terms of Service

TaskSpire is only for adults 18 and older. One person uses their own account. Public registration creates a worker account. Admin and chat-seed accounts are issued by an operator.

• VPNs, proxies, and other tools used to hide the network of a task run are prohibited.
• Multiple accounts, shared accounts, and automated scripts or bots are prohibited.
• You may hold one run on a task. A second account on the same IP cannot take that same task.
• Automated clicks and attempts to bypass the IP check are not allowed.
• A submission must dwell at least 5 seconds. An audio task must include a clip of at least 3 seconds.
• Mutating requests use a single-use nonce. Replaying a request is rejected.
• Chat cannot contain phone numbers or external links. Workers with no completed task cannot attach images.

Rewards are integer cents. A passed task credits pending escrow and does not increase available balance. Available balance increases only when an admin records that the client payment cleared. Offerwall rewards follow the same rule: they land in pending escrow and clear after verification and client clearing.

• A withdrawal must be a positive integer number of cents, no more than 100,000 dollars, and no more than your available balance and platform cash.
• Pending escrow cannot be withdrawn.
• The first cashout of 100 cents or less shares a 3,000-cent daily rookie pool. Overflow waits until the next UTC day.
• A payout request requires an approved face verification. Until then the withdrawal is refused.
• Changing a payout account locks withdrawals for 48 hours.
• An admin may reject a cashout. That rejection reverses the withdrawal journal and returns the cents to available balance.
• Fraud, a chargeback, or a provider reversal can reverse the related journal. A reversal is refused when it would spend cents that are no longer in pending escrow, available balance, or platform cash.

You can delete the account on the deletion page. Open withdrawals are cancelled first. Ledger rows stay without your email.
